TASC offers specialized services for individuals who have substance use disorders, HIV, and/or related health issues. TASC staff serve as clinical coaches and advocates to help improve the quality of life of our clients.

Healthworks is a collaborative effort between the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), and TASC. Serving Peoria and Marshall Counties, TASC Healthworks staff ensure that foster children under DCFS care receive quality health care services that meet their individual needs.

Smart Start for Healthy Children & Families is a TASC case management program for pregnant women, infants, and high-risk children up to age five who are living in poverty in Peoria County. Through active outreach and engagement, TASC assesses family needs (e.g., prenatal and infant care education, housing, transportation, counseling, food programs, and medical care); makes referrals to appropriate social services; offers ongoing reassessment and referrals; and provides advocacy to assist families in accessing needed services.
